Fail on delivery

I had bought JBL speaker from this site before, this time I ordered JBL earphones for my brother to be sent to his address. It was said to be delivered within 3 days exactly on his birthday and they failed to do so, saying there got some shortage in the product when i phoned them about not delivering my order. They did not inform to me and tell me prior to my order. The earphones was delivered late for 1 week and my plan to surprise my brother was failed.
