Our Policy
Sonic Pro offers free and easy exchanges and refunds/returns
You can return the product within 30 days of the order being received, return any goods in saleable condition.
You can return items by contacting our customer center. All items purchased on www.sonicpro.com/sg can be sent back to us if they meet our Return Policy guidelines.
Unfortunately, for any in-store purchases, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges via the above method. Any items bought in a store will need to be returned directly to any Singapore Sonic Pro store location.
