Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?  

Sonic Pro gladly accepts paypal and major credit/debit cards such as Visa and MasterCard. We apologise that we are unable to accept American Express, Bill Me Later, C.O.D. or checks at this time. Your card will be charged once we send your order.

When will I be charged?

Upon placing the order, we will obtain a Credit Card authorisation. Once the item ships from the distribution center, we will request payment from the Credit Card.

How safe is shopping on www.sonicpro.com?

We realise how important it is to securely store any information that you provide. Sonic Pro maintains the highest levels of security. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

My payment has been declined, what should I do?

Kindly try again and input the correct information such as log-in details, card number, expiry date, etc. If the problem persists, you may contact your issuing bank or try an alternative payment mode. If you require further assistance, please contact us 

Return Policies

What is your return policy?

You can return the product within 30 days of the order being received, return any goods in saleable condition. All items purchased on www.sonicpro.com/sg can be sent back to us if they meet our Return Policy guidelines.

When do I receive my refund once I have returned an item? 

We will process the return as soon as possible, but it can take 10~14 business days from when we receive the items for your payment to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

I received a defective item/ incorrect item, what should I do?

You may exchange item(s) via the Online Store if the item(s) received by you has defects or is incorrect, by submitting a Return Request online or via POPSTATION within 30 daysfrom the receipt date.  If you have opted for guest checkout, please contact us at sales.sonicpro@gmail.com with the email subject: Return Request – Your Order Number. We will ship the replacement item(s) to you, however this is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, providing store credit or any other methods at the discretion of Sonic Pro

Shipment

What is your shipping policy?

We have FREE shipping on every order above S$100 (for a limited time only). For orders below S$100, there will be a S$6 standard delivery fee. All orders are delivered through Singapore Post and will require a signature upon delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

We're sorry, we only ship to Singapore at this time. 

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

The standard and economical delivery timeframe for Singapore orders is within 1 - 3 business days. Please note that the expected delivery date/time is at our best approximation and will vary with circumstances such as shipping restrictions, payment authorization, online security checks and stock availability.
